Attitudinal research, psychological modeling and emotional branding issues are Pam’s favorite client issues to tackle. A Certified Focus Group Moderator, Pam has helped clients such as Carilion Health Care, Bell Atlantic, Anheuser-Busch, Bank of America, and Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield see their business through the eyes of their customers.
When she’s not crawling around in other people’s heads she enjoys crawling around in hers while practicing yoga, enjoying fine wines and traveling to Tuscany whenever she gets the chance. She has a great husband who likes to crawl around in people’s heads as much as she does, a 7 year old son who definitely does NOT want anyone crawling around in his head and two adored dogs, a yellow Lab and an English Setter, who have pretty empty heads to begin with.
